[SDCBC] Bike lane Closed Genesee north from 52... FYI

There is a section of Genesee from just north of the 52 bridge to 
Governor drive that is closed due to buckling of the 
pavement.  Cyclists must move left along that uphill portion to avoid 
the bad pavement.

In light of the lack of general knowledge of motorists regarding the 
rights of cyclists and thus some misguided expectation that cyclists 
take the sidewalk or some other silly arrangement, may I suggest 
another sign at that location:  "Move Left."
