[SDCBC] New Report on 56 Bike Path Carmel Country Road Water Hazard

Hi - East bound, the detour sign is still there, so I went up and over but
looked down to see how wet it was.  There was a 5 foot patch of dry running
the length of the path.

West bound on the way home, the detour sign from that direction is gone now,
and we rode through the dry patch, which hadn't changed since this morning.

Here's hoping is stays dry!
