[SDCBC] MapQuest aerial view function

Hi -
I use Google Earth because it has elevation info... Gotta know what hills
are coming. :)
It's free too, but requires a downloaded client. I had to spend $20 to
upgrade it to Plus to enable route tracing.
For the Ride Across California last year, I pre-plotted the legs and posted
about it here:
