I agree that it is wrong to ban all for the sins of a few...  

On the other hand, in this case it was my experience that most cyclists 
descending Torrey Pines hit 2x-3x the speed limit so it is probably a case of 
banning us all because of the actions of almost all of us.  

I hate to be the "fly in the ointment" but it does make one feel good 
sometimes to live in the real world where sometimes just about all of us are 
speeders.  There are signs, they should be enough...
