[SDCBC] Pomerado Rd @ I15 bridge open 20Jan

The paper announced that Pomerado/West Bernardo Drive bridge 
over I15 (just S of Lake Hodges) will be open Saturday, 20Jan.
It has been closed for almost a year, with a fairly long and
hilly alternate route.  Yeah!
