[SDCBC] bike paths

Was this a request to a city agency? I would love to see the weeds
at the hiway exit on 5 south at Genesee trimmed. I get in the left
lane there to make left turns at the top, and the right turning
motorists approaching at freeway speeds have very short sight lines
to any cyclist along the right, trying to move left.
