[SDCBC] bike paths

Yes, there is a curve hinders visability though one can clearly see the path 
leading up to the curve for at least a quarter mile in any direction.   I look 
at it as a minor annoyance, something that just requires a bit of extra 
attention.  It can be easily taken at 20mph and there is room for two cyclists to 
cleanly pass.  

In my view the only difficulties with that curve is that if another cyclist 
is not paying attention and does not stay to the right or there are several 
cyclists taking up the whole path.   But since I looking ahead in my basic 
defensive riding/driving style, I just slow down if I am not sure the curve is 
clear.  Of course I do have a better vantage point being higher off the ground.  
:-)

A bigger problem was the rut caused bump a few hundred yards to the north of 
that curve.  That has been fixed.
