[SDCBC] Camino del Norte @ Camino del Sur barricade

I don't know if it's "allowed", but I've ridden my bike through there (on
the weekend).

The road is done, but the developer is delaying the opening to coincide with
the opening of the other new road connection at Bernardo Center Drive to
Carmel Valley Road (most recently announced for April).

There are Del Sur model homes next to the barricade at Camino del Norte and
Camino del Sur.  You can come to the model homes from either direction, but
the security guard makes you exit the same way you came in.
