[SDCBC] Bike mantra: If it's night [or there's traffic then anytime], use...

A straight on cyclist is about as wide as a telephone pole... Sure,
your bright clothing will help, but so will a flashing bright light
such as a low power LED. Niterider (a local company) has headlights
that have a power saving flash mode that will also attract attention.
Remember motorists are not looking for skinny profiles, they are
looking for other cars... cyclists can be quite "invisible" to
motorists even when the cyclists are well placed on the road.
