Dear People Who Ride Like the Wind:
	Hi! I used the City's street repair reporting tool on the construction 
in progress at Miramar Road and Carroll Road described below:
Open Trench. Work crew installing something on Carrol Road and Miramar 
Road used dirt to fill an othersize open six inch wide trench in the 
road, running east-west. The dirt fill has worn down -- now it's 
three-four inches deep.

Let's see what happnes.
