My thinking is this:  If the safest place to be is not the BIKE LANE, I will 
not be riding in the BIKE LANE, I don't need an excuse.   However, I am 
comfortable most of the time riding in the BIKE LANE, I just don't see the sense in 
having the cones in the BIKE LANE.
