[SDCBC] FW: Plastic Cones in Bike Lane

If it was just a matter of individual riders seeing the pylons and
riding within a normal bike lane width, it likely wouldn't be a
problem, but if those pylons remain anywhere on that otherwise usable
pavement I predict that at some point a relatively large group of
cyclists will ride through there - TnT century trainees, or a big club
group ride or group of triathletes enjoying the very fast preceding
stretch of roadway with no hazards to the right, and someone near the
front of said group is going to see the pylons and veer, just as the
back of the group is clumping up to an increased width due to the
apparent widening right of way, and one of the trailing riders is
going to plow in to a pylon, or perhaps nimbly avoid a pylon only to
get wrapped up in the ridiculous rope between them- either way one or
more riders are going to eat a healthy serving of pavement, maybe even
bump their head on the ground. At which point Yogi's will get sued,
hopefully for their sake just by someone with road rash and not
someone's next of kin.
