[SDCBC] Help please

Someone on the list has been including the 
address  "sdcbc-bounces at bikesandiego.org" as an addressee on postings 
to the list.  Others then also have this address included when they 
reply.  This has caused additional administrative chores for us 
overworked moderators ;-).

It's difficult to determine who started this, but I ask that all 
posters double check your addressees before hitting the send button.
