[SDCBC] Parking on Genesee in Bike Lane

Please have a TR created for the installation of bike lane standards at
the beginning of the block and to contact PD for enforcement and
investigate the location to answer the question regarding Jon's
assumption on the rest of Genesee.

In the past week or so there have cars parked in the Bike Lane on north
bound 
Genesee between Executive Drive and  East Gate Mall.  The area is
reasonably 
well posted with NO PARKING BIKE LANE signs but there is not one
specifically 
at the south end at Excecutive, still it would seem the others are
sufficient 
to get the message across.   

It seems to me that this is meant to be a BIKE LANE with NO PARKING as
is 
almost all of the rest of Genesee, am I wrong on this?    

Last week I did report the cars to the nearby police station but mostly
got a 
blank look and there were more cars this week.
