[SDCBC] helmet-mounted mirror; new trick for an old dog

It's like car mirrors, indispensable but you still need to turn and look as well.

I found bike-mounted mirrors work better for me--when the sun is low and I'm
heading straight into or directly away from the sun, I couldn't see much
anything in the helmet-mounted mirror.  Too much contrast between the scene
in front of me and the scene in the mirror.
