[SDCBC] helmet-mounted mirror; new trick for an old dog

Woo hoo! Once you become "one" with the mirror, there is no going back, and
all kinds of traffic situations become much more natural.
Having said that, there is no substitute to physically looking back over
your shoulder before you move laterally, whether you have a mirror or not.
