[SDCBC] Yogi's 101 bollards problem probably solved

Hello fellow SDCBCers,

I am pleased to report that Keith Nordling, the owner of Yogi's Beach Bar &
Grill in Cardiff's Restaurant Row, genuinely seems to want to work with us
to maintain a safe width of bike lane on Highway 101 in Cardiff Restaurant
Row. Ironically, it was law enforcement which asked him to cone off the area
in the first place, to enforce the parking prohibition in front of his
establishment. He has agreed to keep the bollards close to his building,
which should leave us with an ample, legally conforming effective bike lane
width.

If the cones stay close to the building over the next few weeks, I certainly
plan to send him a followup thankyou and to encourage my friends to frequent
his establishment.
