[SDCBC] tire recycling

Hello Scott,

Several members of the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition are encouraged and impressed by your company's efforts to recycle tires and tubes, and this is the sort of commitment that many of us consider when choosing a shop. I live in Encinitas, work in Carlsbad, and frequent your Solana Beach store -- may I bring tires there for recycling?
