[SDCBC] Administrivia - SDCBC mail list problem 4/20-4/23

Due to an issue with the domain registration for the bikesandiego.org
domain, the SDCBC mail list was "off the air" (along with the
www.bikesandiego.org website) from it looks like between 4/20 and 4/23.

If you sent an email during that time and it was bounced to you, or,
you haven't seen the message posted, please resend it at this time.
Things should be working fine again.
