[SDCBC] Add another accident to our total today.

Dear SDCBCers:
	Whilst shopping at about 5:45 PM today, I came acroas two police cars, 
a down cyclist and a bunch of sidewalk rubberneckers on Garnet Avenue 
just east (by about 30 feet or so) from Ingraham. I don't know the 
rider's condition, but judging from a) the debris around the mostly 
whole bike and b) the conversation between the police officers and 
bystanders, it was a dooring -- as in "ran into the door." It also 
seemed from that debris the rider was carrying groceries.
	I am quite sure none of you would be surprised to hear that folks on 
the sidewalk were commenting on the rider's lack of a helmet....
	I hope he recovers fully and promptly.
