[SDCBC] Tiearrasanta Cyclists Needed

Kathy,  I live in Tierasanta and can help.  Let me know what you need me to 
do.  As background, the long proposed (and I believe funded) connecting bike 
path from the end of Tierrasanta Blvd. to Princess View Drive or Jackson Drive 
over in Allied Gardens is going to be hard to resurrect.  It really has less to 
do with cyclists utilizing a bike path as it does with the fear of a 
permanent road coming next after the bike path is constructed.  Also, the locals fear 
that any bike path will be made wide enough to support a Medical Emergency 
vehicle and they fear that this will lead to unauthorized use by motorcycles, off 
road vehicles, and other thrill seekers.  Bob Mueller.
