[SDCBC] Black Mountain Road interchange

I'd participate in the "ride in".  Sooner or later someone is going 
to get killed at that place.  There was a mother with an infant in a 
stroller and two small children on bikes trying to negotiate a north 
to south crossing on the west side of BMR.  Guts but few brains!
