[SDCBC] Bike Lane and Signs on Texas St

They've repainted the bike lane on northbound Texas St.
just south of the Adams Ave. overcrossing. That's the
area which was recently resurfaced. They've also
added some signs:

The signs are fine, but IMHO the lane is too narrow.
