[SDCBC] Miramar Road easttbound from Nobel repainted.

Dear SDCBC members:
	Hello! The stretch of Miramar Road from Nobel Drive heading east has 
been repainted with a bike line again. The new paint continues east of 
the intersection of Miramar and Eastgate Mall. During recent 
construction, Miramar had been relaned to the "shoulder" where the bike 
lane had been became, in effect, the travel lane with no shoulder 
available and lots of fast motorists behind. One note: From Nobel to 
Eastgate Mall, one lane on Miramar is merged out of existance, so 
cyclists may see interaction with motorists having trouble merging from 
the disappearing right lane.
