[SDCBC] Repeat offender: Parking in the bike lane.

Why not simply leave a note on her car, pointing out that the BL is a 
no parking zone (is it posted as such?)

Just keep it simple.  Is she just dropping off the kids or what?  If 
it is just a short stay, I wouldn't bother, but if she is parking 
there for the entire day...  drop her a note.
