I have recently been made aware of the low traffic conditions during 
non-commute daylight hours...  being "stuck" in an office for so many 
years, I had simply forgotten that the roads can be pretty nice 
(read: lighter traffic, calmer drivers) between the hours of about 
10:00 and 14:00.
